Connecting your Data to Wayflyer Intelligence

Wayflyer Intelligence works with the data sources you've already connected to Wayflyer. The more you've connected, the broader the picture it can give you.

The good news: if you've connected sources during your funding application or onboarding, Wayflyer Intelligence already has access. There's nothing extra to do.

Connecting your accounting platform (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and others) gives Wayflyer Intelligence your P&L and balance sheet: revenue, cost of goods sold, gross and net profit and margin, operating expenses, cash, assets, liabilities and equity. You can also drill down to individual ledger accounts. Accounting figures reflect your ledger, not a live bank feed, so they can lag your real bank balance, and may need scoping per entity if you have more than one accounting entity connected.

Amazon data covers orders, units sold and sales at a store level. Product and customer-level detail isn't available for marketplace connectors yet. If you sell on Amazon through Shopify instead, that detail comes through your Shopify connection.

You can see which sources are connected to your Wayflyer account in the Connections page. If a source you expected is missing, or you'd like to add a new one, you can do it from there.

Connections can drop occasionally (a token expires, the account is re-authenticated elsewhere, the platform changes its API). When that happens, head to the Connections page to reconnect.

We're working on more marketplaces (TikTok Shop, eBay) and banking data. If there's a specific source you'd find useful, let us know.

Wayflyer Intelligence only answers from what you've connected. If you ask about a channel or platform that isn't there, it'll tell you the data isn't available rather than guess.
