Is Wayflyer Intelligence free?
During early access, Wayflyer Intelligence is free to use, with a fair usage cap in place. We may introduce paid plans down the line once early access finishes. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
What data does Wayflyer Intelligence have access to?
The data sources you've connected to Wayflyer. Today this typically includes Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, depending on what you've connected.
How is my data used and kept secure?
Your data is held under the same agreements that already govern your Wayflyer account. Wayflyer Intelligence reads from your existing connected data. It does not share your data with other Wayflyer customers, and your data is not used to train external AI models.
Why does Wayflyer Intelligence sometimes say it doesn't know?
Wayflyer Intelligence only answers from the data you've connected. If a question relies on a connector you don't have, or on data we don't yet hold, it will say so. You can connect more sources on the Connections page.
What if Wayflyer Intelligence gives me wrong information?
If something looks off, let us know by reaching out to our support team. We're reviewing responses closely to catch and fix issues quickly.
How is Wayflyer Intelligence different from ChatGPT?
Wayflyer Intelligence has access to your business data. It can answer questions specific to your business that a general-purpose AI couldn't.
The key difference goes deeper than access: every data platform (Shopify, Meta, GA4) measures things its own way, and the numbers wouldn't agree if you just plugged the raw feeds into ChatGPT. We've done the work of stitching them together into one consistent picture, so Wayflyer Intelligence is working from numbers that actually line up.
Over time it'll also tie back to your Wayflyer funding so you can spot when capital could unlock a clear return.
Can I turn it off?
Wayflyer Intelligence is part of your Wayflyer app and isn't a toggle today. If you'd prefer not to use it, simply don't open it. We're collecting feedback on what people want here.
