After you’ve submitted your funding application, we may reach out to you via email with a request for more information if we are not able to make a funding decision with the data you have provided. For example, some banks do not provide us with enough data when you connect them to Wayflyer, so we will ask you to provide bank statements for the missing time periods.
If we do reach out to you for more information, you’ll be able to speed up your application and improve your chances of receiving funding by providing accurate, comprehensive information directly in the Wayflyer dashboard. You also have the opportunity to invite one of your team members to help provide the requested information.
For more complicated information, your Wayflyer representative may ask you to email documents directly to them or will schedule a call with our finance team.
