How do I change my designated bank account?

​​If you would like to change the account where the cash advance is deposited and from which you make your remittances, ensure that the new bank account is where you are receiving your revenue - otherwise we cannot make the change. Learn more about your designated bank account here.

Steps to Update Your Bank Account Details

  1. Connect Your New Bank Account

    • Log in to your Wayflyer account.

    • Navigate to the "Connections" page and connect your new bank account.

  2. Share the Following Details via Email
    Send an email to [email protected] with:

    • Account holder information:

      • Full name

      • Address

      • Email address

    • Banking information:

      • For US accounts: ACH Routing Number and Account Number

      • For EU/UK accounts: IBAN and SWIFT/BIC

      • For AUS accounts: BSB and Account Number

  3. Track Your Request

    • Once the above steps are completed, we’ll process your request.
