At Wayflyer we occasionally require additional information from you to progress with your funding application. Below you can find examples of these types of documents. Please use these as reference when providing your documents.
If we do not receive the requested information for the requested period and format, you risk delaying your application.
Providing your Summen- und Saldenliste (SuSa)
If your company is based in Germany, we may request your Summen- und Saldenliste (SuSa) as part of our financial review process. This standard German accounting report is generated directly from your general ledger.
We require the following SuSa documents, provided in Excel format (PDFs cannot be processed):
Previous Financial Year: The Annual SuSa Summary covering the entire year 2024.
Current Financial Year (Year-to-Date): One single SuSa report covering 2025 from the start of the year up to the most recently completed month. This single report must contain monthly breakdowns.
How to Obtain Your SuSa
The easiest way to get these reports is usually by contacting your Steuerberater (tax advisor/accountant). Clearly state that you need the SuSa for the periods listed above and emphasize the requirement for the Excel format. Alternatively, if your accounting is handled internally, your bookkeeper or accountant can generate these reports from your accounting software.
Note for Multi-Entity Structures: If your business operates as part of a larger group (e.g., as a parent or subsidiary company), please be aware that we will require you to provide the consolidated financial statements for the entire group. Individual SuSa reports for each entity within the group will not be accepted.
Please see the image below for an example or view this link. You can also learn more about SuSa documents in the Datev support center.
Providing your Jahresabschluss (Annual Financial Statements)
If your company is based in Germany, we may request a copy of your Jahresabschluss. This document is your official set of annual financial statements.
Please ensure you provide the most recently filed Jahresabschluss available for your latest completed financial year.
For more information on the specific documents expected within the Jahresabschluss, please consult the guidance provided at this link.
Providing your Bankenspiegel (Bank Liability Summary)
For companies based in Germany, we may request a Bankenspiegel. This document summarizes your company's liabilities and credit facilities with various financial institutions.
Please ensure your Bankenspiegel meets the following requirements:
Submit the most current version available. If the report is outdated, we may need to request an updated one to reflect your current financial situation accurately.
The report must clearly detail the following for each listed banking facility:

For term loans or other installment facilities: Include the repayment frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually, bullet repayment).
Providing your Pool Bancario (Spanish Banking Facility Summary)
If your company is based in Spain, we may request you to provide a Pool Bancario. This report summarizes your company's credit facilities (like loans, credit lines, confirming lines) held with various financial institutions.
