If you have an outstanding balance with us, we need to stay connected to your platforms so that we can monitor your sales performance and calculate your remittances.

We take an initial snapshot of your data when you connect for the first time, and then keep it up to date by collecting new data every day.

Once you’ve remitted all of your funding, you can ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected], and we’ll remove any data permissions you’ve granted us.

This means that we won’t collect any new data from you. If you’ve had funding from us, we do need to retain some of your data for legal purposes.
