How do I report unauthorized charges on my card?

Updated today

Wayflyer partners with Visa for the management of our debit card offering. If you see a charge in your account which you did not authorize you are able to contest it by reaching out to the Visa support phone line. Once the dispute has been filed Wayflyer will be able to update you on the status of the dispute, but the decision and initiation will be managed by VISA.

To initiate a dispute, please call the following number within 60 days of the transaction being posted on your account:

1-833-852-1519

When you call please be ready with the following information:

  • Debit card number

  • Account name

  • Dates and amounts for any suspect transactions

  • Reason you suspect the transaction is fraud

The reason you suspect a transaction is fraud can be as simple as, you did not initiate the transaction, but might also be concerning incorrect amounts, or a failure to deliver agreed upon goods or services. If you do not recognize a charge, please be sure to check with other members of your company, or individuals who had access to the card information to ensure they did not initiate the transactions before calling.

Once the dispute has been filed Wayflyer will be able to update you as to the status of the dispute.

NOTE: If an unrecognized transaction appears on your card, please report the card ‘lost or stolen’ in your Wayflyer account to open a new debit card. If during the investigation it is identified the card was compromised the card will be closed, but this can avoid additional charges while the investigation is started.
